During this period, I involved in a few projects namely as follows:
(i) Current Position Planning Engineer
Responsibilities:
· Preparing the construction programme for tendering stage, final work programme, recovery programme and method statement for the projects.
· Progress monitoring (actual against schedule) for 5 packages which is now on going namely:
- Proposed Pavement Rehabilitation Works at Bangi-Kajang Expressway, Southbound Section C5
- Proposed Pavement Rehabilitation Works at Bangi-Kajang Expressway, Northbound, Section C5
- Proposed Pavement Rehabilitation Work At Seremban-Simpang Ampat Expressway, Section S1
- Proposed Pavement Rehabilitation Work At Padang Jawa I/C – Istana Kayangan I/C Section C6A, Federal Highway Route 2.
- Proposed Slope Repair At Km 255.6 SB and Km 224.8 NB Section S1, Pedas/Linggi – Simpang Ampat Expressway
· Preparing fortnightly and monthly progress report for submission to the engineers.
· Work closely with contract deparment and operation teams, utilize relationships to ensure that projects implementations schedule are met.
Experience Gained:
· Experience in identifying critical activity for each project in order to prepare the construction programme for the projects.
· Experience in identifying the production rate of the projects based on the working days and working hours allowed by Client namely Projek Lebuhraya Utara Selatan (PLUS).
· Skilled in use of internet, software applications including Primavera Project Planner, Microsoft Project, Power Point, Word, excellent oral and written communication skills.
(ii) Oct. 2002 – Dec. 2002 Proposed Pavement Rehabilitation Work At
Section S1 ,Seremban-Simpang Ampat Expressway.

Project Engineer
Responsibilities:
· To liase with the subcontractor and client.
· To ensure that the construction work is comply to the drawing and specification.
· To ensure that the project is in line with QA/QC policy of the company.
Experience Gained:
· Experience in operations works including survey levels, traffic management systems, milling and paving works.
· Experience in QA/QC of the pavement works including design mix, plant trial, trial lay and compaction test.
· Good team player and multitasking capabilities
(iii) June 2002 – October 2002 Proposed embankment srtabilisation work at
KM 243.95 & KM 246.85 NB, Ipoh Changkat Jering Expressway
(Project Cost: 2.5 mil)
Project Engineer
Responsibilities:
· To liase with the subcontractor and client.
· To ensure that the construction work is comply to the drawing and specification.
· To ensure that the project is in line with QA/QC policy of the company
Experience Gained:
· Experience in field density test, excavation, earth filling and rockfill, slope cutting, survey works, drainage works and construction of Erosion Protection Mat (EPM).
· Good team player and multitasking capabilities involving attending discussion, technical meeting, progress meeting and site visits.
· Proven initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision.
(iv) June 2001 – June 2002 Applied for one (1) year unpaid leave to pursue
study on Master of Civil Engineering Geotechnic at University Technology Malaysia, Skudai.

Assistant Project Engineer
Responsibilities:

· To ensure that the project is in line with QA/QC policy of the company.
Experience Gained:
· Experience in QA/QC testing of pavement material such as bitumen extraction test, sieve analysis, coring, field density test at the subbase, trial lay, plant trial was carried out as per specification.
· Exposures in pavement works involving milling, paving of DBM, ACBC and ACWC, field density test using nuclear devices (Troxler machine).
